- EM facilitate the breakdown of organic matter, releasing essential nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium into forms readily available for plant uptake.
- They improve the soil’s ability to retain and cycle nutrients, reducing the need for synthetic fertilizers.
- EM contribute to the formation of stable soil aggregates, enhancing soil aeration, water infiltration, and drainage.
- This improved structure creates a more favorable environment for root growth.
- Beneficial microbes can outcompete and suppress harmful pathogens, reducing the incidence of soil-borne diseases.
- They help establish a healthy microbial balance in the soil.
- EM speeds up the decomposition of crop residues, compost, and other organic materials, enriching the soil with humus.
- By enhancing nutrient availability and root development, EM promote efficient nutrient uptake by plants.
- Healthier plants with improved nutrient uptake and disease resistance result in increased crop yields.
- EM can stimulate plant growth and development, leading to stronger, more vigorous plants.
- Some microbes help plants better withstand environmental stresses like drought, salinity, and temperature extremes.
- By improving soil fertility and plant health, EM help reduce the need for synthetic fertilizers and pesticides.
- Decreased use of synthetic inputs minimizes the risk of environmental pollution from chemical runoff.
- EM contribute to sustainable agricultural practices by enhancing soil health, reducing environmental impact, and promoting biodiversity.
EM Solution: Improve the crop protection and yield improvement by 20–25% by applying regular intervals.
Recommended for: All vegetable, fruit, tomato, pulses, medicinal, and aromatic crops.
Application:
Seedling Treatment : Take 3 ml of E.M. Solution per 1 kg of seed mix in sufficient water, then dry the seeds in shade before sowing. For seedlings, take 100 ml per 30 litres of water, mix thoroughly, then dip the seedlings for a few minutes, then transplant in the field.
Soil Application: Take 1 Itr of E.M. Solution mixed in 200 kg of FYM/Vermicompost, then broadcast in a one-acre field while last ploughing or at the time of irrigation.
Count: 2×10^8 c u/ml
